No trade license, no field crew, and no hands-on install experience. Those would be easy things to write on a page like this and impossible for you to check, which is exactly why they are not here.
The claim being made is narrower and verifiable: the figures on these pages name their sources, and you can open those sources yourself. Where a question needs licensed judgement about your specific lot, these pages tell you to get a licensed local opinion instead of guessing for you.
